HRIDAY SIDDHARTH

Co-Founder | Design Principal

For Hriday Siddharth, architecture is a continuous exploration of how people experience the world around them.

His design philosophy is rooted in the belief that buildings should do more than respond to a brief—they should shape human behaviour, strengthen connections with nature, and create environments that improve everyday life.

With an academic foundation that includes research into self-sufficient buildings and advanced architectural thinking, Hriday approaches every project with equal parts curiosity, experimentation, and discipline. His work draws inspiration from climate, landscape, materiality, movement, and the subtle emotional qualities that transform spaces into memorable experiences.

At Archi Wing, he leads the creative direction of the studio, ensuring every project begins with a deeper question before arriving at a design solution. Whether envisioning a private residence, a regenerative community, a hospitality destination, or an urban intervention, he believes architecture must first understand people before it shapes places.

His design language is characterised by clarity, restraint, contextual sensitivity, and a profound respect for natural systems. Rather than following trends, he seeks enduring ideas—spaces that evolve gracefully with time, climate, and the people who inhabit them.

Hriday is particularly passionate about the intersection of architecture, sustainability, and emerging technologies. He sees innovation not as an aesthetic pursuit, but as a responsibility to create buildings and communities that are resilient, resource-conscious, and adaptable for future generations. This thinking naturally extends into Archi Wing’s vision for regenerative design through initiatives such as Archi Wing Zivalogy, where architecture becomes part of a larger ecological and social ecosystem.

Beyond the drawing board, Hriday is an observer, researcher, and storyteller. He believes every site already contains a narrative waiting to be uncovered, and every project should reveal something unique about its place, its people, and its purpose.

His role within Archi Wing extends beyond design leadership. He nurtures a culture of exploration, encouraging the studio to question assumptions, embrace collaboration, and continually learn from every project. This spirit of inquiry has become one of the defining characteristics of the practice.

For Hriday, the success of architecture is not measured by how iconic a building becomes.

It is measured in quieter moments—

when morning light enters exactly where it should,

when a breeze naturally cools a space,

when people instinctively gather,

when nature feels inseparable from architecture,

and when a place continues to enrich lives for generations.

That is the architecture he strives to create.

That is the future he imagines through Designing Human Thriving.
