Senior Architect
Job description
About the Role
We’re looking for an architect who can carry a vision from concept to construction. At ArchiWing Studios, you’ll work closely with Principal Architects, shaping high-rise residential projects while guiding junior teams to deliver with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on concept design and early-stage development
- Lead design drawings from schematic to detailed stages
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and façade consultants
- Oversee and finalise GFC drawing sets
What We’re Looking For
- B.Arch/M.Arch + COA registration
- 5+ years experience in high-rise residential projects
- Strong design-to-execution capability
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit (SketchUp/Rhino a plus)
- Solid understanding of HMDA/GHMC regulations
- Strong coordination, communication & team mentoring skills
